Bonnie Helton, 78 of Franklin died at home surrounded by her loving family Monday February 20, 2012. She was born in Longs Creek, Ky the daughter of Letcher and Jessie (Baker) Sandlin. Bonnie worked for 32 years at the R L Drake Co. in Franklin.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Ernest in 2008, 3 brothers, Kash, Wallace, and Ralph, a sister, Wilma Metcalf and a grand daughter, Melissa.
She is survived by her son, Colson (Brenda) Smith, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, a brother, Earl Sandlin, and 2 sisters, Eva Houndshell and Brenda Fisher.
Funeral services will be Friday 10:00 am at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin. Visitation will be Thursday 5 - 8 pm at the funeral home. Condolences may be made to the family at www.anderson-fh.com. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery.
