TUSHINSKY, Kathleen MicheleKathleen Michele Tushinsky; Born on October 28, 1956 in California to Nathan and Andre Tushinsky, passed away on July 19, 2011 in Encino, California. Kathy leaves behind friends from Lanai Road Elementary School, Portola Jr. High School and Rexford School. She lived in Encino, California and Ojai, California; Coeur dĀ'Alene, Idaho; Mazatlan and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. She loved traveling and spent much of her too short life helping animals and people in need. She is the niece of Frederick, Joseph and Irving Tushinsky; and Lillian Goldman. She is survived by her only sister, Jacqueline Tushinsky and will be missed by hundreds of friends worldwide. Memorial services will be held at Mt. Sinai Hollywood Hills at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 7th with a luncheon reception at SportsmanĀ's Lodge, Studio City, California, following the services.
