Bernard Korn

KORN, BERNARD J. , M.D. Dr. Bernard J. Korn, MD, passed away in Santa Monica on June 19 after a brief hospitalization. He leaves a legacy of devoted family and friends, including daughters Jackie Banchik and Robyn Altman, and their husbands, Howard and Michael, ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Dr. Korn, a well respected family physician, practiced medicine in San Pedro for more than forty-two years, and served as Chief of Staff at San Pedro Peninsula Hospital. He had a passion for music, playing violin in symphony orchestras and string quartets throughout his lifetime.
